By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent for release of amount towards the Bardana supplied by the petitioner Society i.e. Adarsh Prathmik Upbhokta Sahkari Bhandar Maryadit. As per the guidelines issued by the respondent/State, the petitioner society deposited Bardana time to time with the respondent no. 5. The petitioner requested the authorities by submitting representation on various occasion which are annexed by the petitioner ( Annexure P/3 Colly.) dated 24.01.2022, 12.01.2022 and 07.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring the communication dated 09.02.2022 issued by the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Society Bilaspur to the District Marketing OfÏcer Bilaspur, by which the respondent no. 5 has been directed to release the payment towards the Bardana supplied by the petitioner society, however, in spite of the said communication of Deputy Registrar till date no payment has been made by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that it appears from the communication dated 09.02.2022, the District Marketing OfÏcer has been directed to release the amount towards the Bardana of the petitioner which was supplied by him, if the said communication

dated 09.02.2022 is still not complied with, then necessary steps will be taken towards the release of compensation towards the Bardana supplied by the petitioner.

I have heard both the counsels for the parties and perused the communication dated 09.02.2022.

From the perusal of communication dated 09.02.2022, the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Society Bilaspur has directed the District Marekting OfÏcer Bilaspur to release the payment towards the Bardana supplied by the petitioner. Hence, the Deputy Registrar is directed to take necessary steps for release of amount towards the supply of Bardana to the petitioner by verifying and examining the grievance of the petitioner and if the amount as claimed by the petitioner is not in dispute then the same be paid to the petitioner within a period of 50 days from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
