Learned counsel for Respondent No. 5, in all the writ petitions, submits that pursuant to the directive issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court, the amounts have been released time to time and the same have been disbursed to the investors in accordance with the directives. He also submits that an online portal has been created for submitting the details by the investors and based upon which the amount has to be disbursed directly in their accounts. He contended that creation of portal is based on the observation made by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the proceedings before it and the said proceeding is still pending consideration.

In the aforementioned facts of the case, I am of the view that the writ petition(s) before this Court cannot be entertained and therefore these writ petitions are disposed of, reserving liberty with the petitioner to approach the Supreme Court by way of filing appropriate application for redressal of their grievance.
