At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made submission before this Court that this writ petition is filed with limited prayer for issuance of direction to respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on representation dated 19.02.2024.

Mr. Neeraj Choubey, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 3 & 4/University submits that representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2024 has already been considered and decided and decision is taken cancelling results of petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not served with copy of decision taken by respondent- University and copy of decision is being handed over to him during course of argument itself.

In the aforementioned facts of case, nature of grievance and submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.4/University to take decision on representation and also considering document placed before this Court by learned counsel for respondents- University that decision has already been taken by respondent-University, nothing remains for adjudication of this case.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off reserving liberty with the petitioner to file appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum against decision dated 20.03.2025, if he so desires.
