By this writ petition filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners are challenging the impugned order

13.07.2005 whereby the penalty of dismissal was imposed on the original petitioner as also the order dated 07.02.2006 passed by the appellate authority dismissing the appeal of the petitioner.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that earlier also when the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.08.2025 and 25.08.2025, no body has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioners. Even today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioners to argue the case, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. In that view of the matter, this Court is left with no other way except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
