1. Heard Mr. Rajeev Shrivastava, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Vikram Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents No.1 to 5 and Mr. Pushkar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6.

The present intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 6002 of 2024 ( Dinesh Kumar Soni vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others ), whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed off the writ petition filed by the respondent No. 6/writ petitioner.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that he has appellant herein was respondent No. 6 in WPC No. 6002 of 2024, which was disposed off by the learned Single Judge. Though he was the respondent No. 6 in the writ petition, but he was not heard. Therefore, the learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to take recourse of law before the learned Single Judge.

4. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 herein, has no objection.
