3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:

“ i. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashing/set aside the impugned FIR vide crime No. 297 of 2024 on 02.09.2024 registered at P.S. Gourela, District Gaurela-Pendra Marwahi (C.G.), in the interest of justice. ”

After having perused the impugned FIR, we find that the FIR has been lodged against the 10 accused persons and the petitioners are not named in the FIR and their name has come in the light of confessional statement of the co-accused, hence, they have sought for quashing of the FIR. But, after going through the same, it transpires that the matter is still under investigation and prima facie , the involvement of the petitioners has been found.

5. In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the present petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed .
