The appellants have filed this writ appeal against the order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.3789/2014 ( Nagendra Kumar Tiwari vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others ) whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / respondent No.1 herein.
