This Review Petition is filed seeking review of order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WPS No.6188 of 2024, whereby this Court had disposed off writ petition directing respondents No. 3 & 4 therein to take decision on

pending representation submitted by petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law. Order passed in WPS No.6188 of 2024 was put to challenge by applicant in Writ Appeal No. 767 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.11.2024 recording submission of learned counsel for appellant therein seeking permission to withdraw writ appeal. No liberty has been granted to petitioner in the said order of approaching this Court by way of filing review application.

Applicant has not submitted any application before concerned authority bringing to their knowledge, the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WPS N.6188 of 2024. However, during course of argument, it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has not submitted representation but an application seeking grant of pension to applicant after said demise of her husband.

Review Application filed by applicant/petitioner in facts of case is misplaced. When once the order passed in writ petition has been put to challenge in writ appeal and after arguing, writ appeal has been dismissed as withdrawn, I do not find any good ground to entertain this review application. Accordingly, it is dismissed, however, reserving liberty with applicant to approach concerned authority as per direction issued by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WPS No.6188 of 2024.
