“ It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash impugned FIR No. 31/2023 registered at Police Station, Nawagarh, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), in the interest of justice.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the case at hand the charge sheet has been filed and trial is in evidence stage and three prosecution witnesses have already been examined and as such nothing remains for adjudication.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that since the case of the petitioners is pending before the trial Court, the concerned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
