The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:-

“ 1. That, this Hon'ble Court be kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the criminal proceedings against Petitioners in Crime No- 0234/2022 registered at Police Station Saraswati Nagar, District- Raipur for committing offence u/S. 120B, 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code (L.P.C.) (Annexure P/1)

II. That, this Hon'ble Court be kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned order dated 10.10.2022 passed by learned JMFC, Raipur in an unregistered complaint case preferred by the Complainant under section 156 (3) CrPC (Annexure P/2)

III. That, this Hon'ble Court be kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside further criminal prosecution culminating into filing of charge sheet and trial in Crime No. 0234/2022.

IV. Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court including award the cost of the petition”.
