The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

“ 1. It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR no. 149/22 (Annexure P-1) for offence u/s 420 r/w 34 of IPC registered by PS- Kabir Nagar, District- Raipur, C.G which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice.

2. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn as the charges sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, the instant Cr.M.P is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to take recourse of law, if any further cause of action arises.
