“(1) call for the status report of the investigation carried out of the concerned police in the impugned FIR being crime 43/2021 registered at the Kanker police

(2) quash the FIR in crime no.43/2021 registered by police station Kanker so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

(3) pass any other order in view of the special facts and circumstances in the present petition, in the interest of justice.”

4. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 jointly submit that the trial is in advanced stage.

5. We have perused the prayers and pleading made in the petition along with the annexures annexed in this case.

6. As none appears on behalf of the petitioners, it appears that they have lost interest in pursuing the present matter. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed on this count alone.
