By the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:-

“It is therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash First Information Report bearing Crime Number 96/2022 registered on 20.08.2022 at Police Station Farasgaon for offence under Sections 498A read with Section 34 of the IPC, quash entire chargesheet filed on 25.12.2022 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kondagaon under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of the IPC, Annexure P-2(Colly.), quash and set aside order dated 01.10.2024 whereby the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kondagaon had taken cognizance of chargesheet dated 25.12.2022 and registered Criminal Case Number 25/2023 against the Petitioners, Annexure P-4(Colly.) and to kindly grant any other relief to the Petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the mediation dated 03.11.2025 between the parties is successful and the mediation report is on record.
