The present petitions have been 昀椀led by the petitioner for quashment of FIR Nos. 447/2023, 438/2023, 442/2023 & 176/2023 (Annexure P/1), registered against her at Police StationAmbikapur Dehaat (Gandhinagar), District Surguja (C.G.), for o昀昀ence under Section 420, 467 & 468 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that charge sheet has been 昀椀led against the petitioner and as such he wants to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take recourse to law, if so aggrieved.

Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
