The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

2. pass any other order in view of the special facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition, in the interest of justice. "

Learned counsel for the State, as per the information projected on the portal of Court concerned in the website with respect to the present case, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat, and the proceedings of the case is disposed of.

Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat and further no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the present petition shows that they have lost their interest in prosecuting the petition.
