Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and quash the order dated 31.10.2022 (Annexure A-1) and entire criminal proceedings as well as charge sheet (Annexure A-2) framed against the applicant for offence U/S 420 of Indian Penal Code which is pending before Learned Judicial Magisterial First Class, Rajnandgaon District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) in Criminal Case No.866/2021, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. ”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition as the trial is in advanced stage.
