Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the BNSS for extension of time for depositing cost of Rs.2,000/- in pursuance of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed in CRMP No. 1229 of 2025.

For the reasons mentioned in the petition for non-depositing the cost, the instant petition is allowed .

The petitioners are directed to deposit cost of Rs.2,000/- in pursuance of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed in CRMP No. 1229 of 2025 within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that no further time shall be granted.
