2. By way of this petition, the petitioner prayed for following relief:-

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet dated 11.02.2019 filed by Respondent No. 2/ DSP (AJAK) in relation to Crime No. 362/15 dated 19.07.2015 registered at PS Civil Lines, Bilaspur under section 493, 376, 354D and 323, IPC and sections 3(1)(b)(i)(ii) and 3(2)(v), Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.”

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous .
