1. Heard Mr. Sunil Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3/State as well as Ms. Palak Dwivedi, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 4.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“ It is, therefore, prayed that the instant petition may kindly be allowed and the FIR of Crime No. 25 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023 registered at Police Station – Saraypali, District Mahasamund against the petitioner may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, as in the instant case the charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned trial Court, charges have been framed against the petitioner, and evidence has commenced. Accordingly, it is prayed that the present petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if any further cause of action arises.
