Ajay Singh (2023) 10 SCC 148, the Court noted the complainant's other large loans, absence of registration to lend money, absence of proof of source of money and Income Tax Return, held the presumptions under Sections 118 & 139 rebutted and the trial Court's view a possible one, and dismissed the petition refusing leave.
