Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that vide order dated 30/09/2024 passed in WPS No.6140/2024, this Court has expected that the respondent Nos.2 & 3/competent authority

shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by considering the circular issued in this regard, in the light of judgment of this Court in W.A. No.261/2023 within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of representation filed by the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioners moved their representations with regard to the order passed by this Court, however, no decision has been taken till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the documents.

From perusal of the order dated 30/09/2024, it was expected by the Court that the respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall take a decision on the representation submitted by the petitioners and it appears that in spite of representation submitted by the petitioners, the respondent Nos.2& 3 have not decided the said representations.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to apprise the respondents Nos.2 & 3 again about the order of this Court and it is directed that respondent shall consider the same and necessary order be passed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition is disposed of. SD/-
