(Personnel), Baikunthpur area on 19.05.2011/01.07.2011 for horizontal change of cadre from the post of Junior Draughtsman (T&S Grade-D) to Amin. He also argued that the petitioner has Amin's training certificate dated 25.07.2011. It is also stated that according to the guidelines for re-designating employees as Amin (T&S Grade-D) dated 07.06.2014, the authorities concerned ought to have considered the claim of the petitioner.

that the petitioner acquired the Amanat Examination Certificate on 25.07.2011 and therefore, prior to that date he was not entitled to re-designation on the post of Amin.
