10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be, direct the respondent authority to consider the candidature of the petitioners in accordance with rule and issue appropriate order in favour of petitioner.
10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may please to quash the impugned advertisement dated 23-01-2014 (Annexure P/1) issued by the Divisional Joint Director Health Service Division Raipur C.G., whereby inviting Applications for the posts of Ophthalmic Assistant.
10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may,
