1. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent

No.6 on the post of University Engineer dated 29.4.2013. During

the course of arguments, Shri Ashish Shrivastava has placed

some documents to demonstrate that respondent No.6 had left the services in the year 2016 itself, thereafter, the petitioner was working as In-charge University Engineer on the said post. It is also informed that the petitioner has got retired from services on account of superannuation. The documents are taken on record.

1. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was worked as In-charge University Engineer and also got retired from the services, at this juncture, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to revive his prayer, if cause of action still survives.
