the petitioner was promoted to the post of Lecturer vide order dated 19.06.2017 (Annexure R/1) and she has joined to the promoted post too. He would further submit that this fact has been categorically stated in para-3 of the return.
“3. At the outset, it is respectfully submitted that vide order dated 19.06.2017 the Directorate of Public Instructions, Raipur issued the promotion order on the post of Lecturer and by which the petitioner has also been promoted on the post of Lecturer and has been posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Damakheda, Block Simga, Distt. Raipur (C.G.). It is further submitted that in pursuance to the promotion order dated 19.06.2017 the petitioner has joined her services at Damakheda, Block Simga, Distt. Raipur. Copy of promotion order dated 19.06.2017 is being filed herewith as ANNEXURE R-1. In light of the subsequent promotion order 19.06.2017 and after joining on the promotional post by the petitioner, the present petition of the petitioners has been rendered infructuous. Therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed being infructuous. ”
