The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“ 10.1. That the respondents may kindly be commanded to produced the advertisement and record of entire selection process before the Hon'ble Court.

10.2. That the respondents may kindly be commanded to be select the entire advertised post according to merit list and reservation rule.

10.3. That the respondents may kindly be commanded that to include the name of the petitioner in selection list as per merit list.

10.4. That the respondents may kindly be commanded that to resolve the application submitted by the petitioner as per rule.

10.5. That due to the whole selection process is illegal therefore deserve to be quashed.

10.6 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit

1. The brief fact of the present case is that the petitioner applied for the post of Forest Guard in the year 2012-13 pursuant to the advertisement (Annexure P/2), wherein, he was declared unsuccessful.

1. It is submitted by the learned State counsel that the recruitment process has already been completed and appointments have already been made. She would submit that there were only three posts for the post of Forest Guard, and the petitioner did not secure a rank in the top three; he managed to secure the No.6 place in the merit list. She would also submit that the petitioner has not arrayed the appointed/selected candidates as respondents; the the instant petition may be dismissed.

1. Taking into consideration the fact that in the merit list, the petitioner secured lesser marks than the selected candidates for the three posts of Forest Guard, therefore, his candidature was not considered, therefore, I do not find any good ground to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is hereby dismissed .
