Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.21/2024 decided on 23.01.2024. In the light of order passed by the Division Bench, the petitioners therein were regularized vide order dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P/2). He further submits that the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of the petitioners in W.A. No.21/2024. Therefore he would further submit that he may be permitted to make a detailed representation to respondent/competent authority for the grievances projected in the writ petition, respondent/competent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same within the reasonable period of time in the light of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.21/2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, Ms. Rai submits that if the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided in the light of W.A. No.21/2024.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondent/competent authority projecting all his grievances as projected in this writ petition along with the copy of petition within 30 days from today and in turn

respondent/competent authority is expected to consider and decide the same within the period of 120 days from submission of such representation in the light of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 23.01.2024 in W.A. No.21/2024..
