1. The petitioner is working as a Patwari at Halka No. 3, Village Kangole, Tahsil Jagdalpur and he was placed under suspension vide order dated 17.09.2014. Later on, his suspension order was revoked vide order dated 19.09.2014 but his place of posting was changed from Patwari Halka No. 03 to Patwari Halka No. 16, Village Sadgud. Thereafter, the petitioner challenged the order dated 17.09.2014 by filing this petition.
2. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the case was called out for hearing.
3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that due to the efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has challenged the change of place of posting.
4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Gupta, learned

Government Advocate and from a perusal of the record, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication as there is no interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
