The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief:-

I. to quash/ set aside the order dated 17.1.2020 and order dated 14.11.2014.

II. to direct respondents to re consider, case of petitioner for grant of 1^st Kramonnati, from the date when petitioner have completed 10 years of service and grant all consequential, arrears & other benefit to the petitioners flowing from the grant of 1^st Karamonnati.

III. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and the cost of the petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioner.

The claim of the petitioner with regard to grant of first Kramonnati Vetanman. Shri Kotecha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to award of first Kramonnati Vetanman Vetanman some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No.261 of 2023 has also consider the identical issue. From perusal of which indicate that the petitioner is entitled to first Kramonnati Vetanman. He further submits that at present this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned respondents in light of order passed by this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 dated 28/02/2024 and also annexing the various circular in this regard and same shall be decided in accordance with law by the concerned respondents.

Learned State counsel submits that if such in the events representation is made, the same shall be decided by the concerned competent authority, in accordance with law.

Be that as it may, looking to the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representation for the grievances projected in this writ petition to concerned respondents annexing all relevant documents and judgment of this Court passed in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation being made, it is expected that the concerned respondents shall

consider the same in accordance with law considering the circular issued in this regard and also in light of judgment of this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within a further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of such representation. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case.
