The petitioner has preferred present writ petition challenging the order dated 10/12.01.2024 passed by the respondent No. 4 directing the petitioner to submit declaratory order from competent Court for considering her case for dependent employment ignoring the fact that the petitioner is having succession certificate as well as declaration from the competent Court of law. As such, the petitioner is entitled for dependent employment as per the provisions under Social

Learned counsel for the SECL would submit that after intervention of this Court the SECL are re-examining the issue afresh and has issued an order dated 02.03.2024 wherein the earlier order passed by them on 12.01.2024 is kept in abeyance and the application filed by the petitioner is put before competent Court for consideration.

Considering the fact that, the S.E.C.L. is already examining the matter afresh nothing is required to be considered by this Court at this juncture.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition, if exigency so arises.
