1 . After arguing for some time, on the objection being raised by State counsel that petitioner having alternate remedy to challenge the order dated 19.06.2023 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer(Revenue) (Annexure P/1), learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 raising all the grounds as raised in the writ petition.

2 . In view of submission made by counsel for petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
