1. By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):-

10.1 This Hon'ble court may be please to issue writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or any appropriate writ directing respondent authorities to take a decision on the representation dated 27-10-2023 (Annexure P/13) so preferred by the petitioner and extend benefit of the prevailing schemes.

10.2 This Hon'ble Court may be please to issue a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner which petitioner has submitted through offline mode vide its claim dated 25.05.2023 (Annexure P/10) and through claim dated 05.09.2023 and 06.09.2023 (Annexure P/11).

10.3 This Hon'ble Court may be please to issue any order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writs as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents.

10.4 This Hon'ble Court may be please to award cost of the petition to the petitioner.

10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the present case. An affidavit in support is annexed herewith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation was made before The Additional Development Commissioner, O/o Development Commissioner-MSME on 27.10.2023 (Anenxure-P/13) with regard to claim dated 25.05.2023, 05.09.2023 and 06.09.2023 but till date, no action has been taken.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for Union of India would submit that appropriate decision would be taken on the representation made by the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.

5. Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to take appropriate decision on the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.10.2023 and 25.05.2023 in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), present writ petition stands disposed of . It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything with regard to the merits of the case.
