1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, to give proper electricity supply so as to enable the petitioner to run his crusher plant smoothly.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities that the electricity power supply be enhanced to 40 HP for which the petitioner is ready and willing to make payments of the charges.

10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to set off the amount of Rs.42353/- from the electricity bills of the petitioner.

10.4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may think fit be also granted in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application was moved before respondents No.1 & 2 for enhancement of electricity load from 20 HP to 40 HP but no action was taken, therefore, this petition was filed. He would further submit that in the reply filed by respondents No.1 & 2, it is categorically stated that the site was inspected by the officers of the department and the petitioner has been advised to approach the authorities along with the requisite fee. He would submit that the petitioner is ready to approach the authority concerned.

1. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 would submit that if the petitioner approaches the authorities of the department along with the earlier arrears amount and set off along with the other formalities, the appropriate decision would be taken on the application of the petitioner.

1. Learned counsel for the State would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.1 & 2.

1. Heard counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents present on the record.

1. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective counsels, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of. If the petitioner approaches the authorities of respondents No.1 & 2, it is expected that the authorities shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in an objective manner, preferably, within a period of 30 days.

1. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of .
