The petitioner has preferred instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking limited relief that appropriate direction may be issued to respondent No.3/the Tahsildar, Pusour, Distt. Raigarh for issuance of appropriate certificate as required to the petitioner for sale of his land.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the land bearing Khasra No.117/3, area 1.104 hectare situated at village Dhanuwardera, Tahsil Pusour, Distt. Raigarh. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to sell his aforesaid land, therefore, he has filed application dated

29.11.2023 (Annexure-P/3) before the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered by them till date. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioner and provide necessary documents, as prayed for by him.

4. Learned counsel for the State would submit that considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, appropriate order may be passed.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the issue involved in the instant case, this petition is disposed of at this juncture, directing respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Pusor Distt. Raigarh to consider the application dated 29.11.2023 (Annexure-P/3) and decide the same in accordance with law, within 15 days after receipt of copy of this order.

6. With aforesaid observation and direction, instant petition stands disposed of at the motion stage itself.
