10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate the Contempt Proceedings against the SDO (Revenue) Rajnandgaon for illegal issuance of Status Quo order against the Civil Court Decree without Jurisdiction.
10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ and call for the entire records.
10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.”

of his grievance under the CG Land Revenue Code, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain instant petition. Hence, the same is dismissed at motion stage. However, liberty is left to the petitioner to raise his grievance before appropriate authority/forum.
