After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and further seeking liberty to file civil suit for claiming title in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 opposes the aforesaid prayer and submits that if such suit is filed the same would be barred by limitation.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioners to file civil suit in accordance with law, if so advised. Further, if the said suit is filed, the respondents would also be at liberty to raise objection(s) in accordance with law.
