1. This MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 02.07.2024 passed in WP(227) No.533/2024 (Ravinderjeet Singh v. Avinash Kaur And Another)
2. The relevant portion of the order dated 02.07.2024 is reproduced hereunder:-
“ 6. Accordingly, it is directed that if the petitioner/husband deposits a cost of Rs.10,000/before the concerned Family Court, which shall later be paid to the wife, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the concerned Family Court shall give an opportunity to the petitioner for further cross-examination of the wife and her witnesses within a next period of 30 days. ”
3. Considering the reasons assigned in the application, I am inclined to grant further 30 days time from the date of receipt of copy of this order for compliance of the order dated 02.07.2024 passed in WP(227) No.533/2024.
4. Accordingly, MCC is disposed of.
