Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and prayed for the following reliefs:-

10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gariyaband, District Gariyaband, Chhattisgarh to expedite the proceedings in criminal case no. 21/2023 and conclude within a period of time as the Hon'ble Court deems fit.

10.2 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned Court to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act expeditiously.

Having regard to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to decide application filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act in an expeditious manner. Ordered accordingly.
