Writ Petition (S) No. 3255 of 2021 filed by N. Prasanna Lakshmi was allowed by this Court by order dated 18/07/2023. However, it has been stated that the writ petitioner had died on 21/12/2022, as such writ petitioner was dead on the date when the order dated 18/07/2023 was passed and the date of death of the petitioner could not be brought into the notice of the Court and the matter was heard on 06/07/2023 and the order was delivered on 18/07/2023, which is an error apparent on the face of the record.

Learned counsel for the Union of India has no objection in granting the Review Petition.

Therefore, order dated 18/07/2023 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.3255 of 2021 is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition (S) No. 3255 of 2021 be listed before the appropriate Bench for disposal, in accordance with law.

In view of above, the Review Petition stands disposed of. /
