charge sheet, it is appearing that applicant No.1 impersonated himself to be one Rajendra Singh and made an application for obtaining loan from IDBI bank. Police seized the application for loan in which, photograph of applicant No.1 is affixed impersonating him to be Rajendra Singh, Director of T.A.F.E. Company. He also contended that the police seized laptop of applicant No.2 from which it is appearing that e-mail is also generated from laptop of applicant No.2 in his name and name of other co-accused persons and thereby there is active role of applicant No.2 also in committing crime.
