1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.131/2019 registered at Police Station Sankara, District Mahasamund (C.G) for the offence punishable under Section 397, 341, 392 and 120-B of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed, vide order dated 12.04.2022 passed in MCRC No.544/2022.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application and also

prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court hopes and trusts that the trial Court shall make earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously.
