1 . At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application. However, he would pray for a direction to the concerned trial Court to conclude the criminal proceedings within the stipulated time.
4 . Accordingly, present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and make endeavor to conclude the proceedings within a period of four months from receipt of copy of this order.
