1. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of applicant submits that on account of peremptory order dated 10.07.2024, W.P(S) No. 1285 of 2013 has been dismissed. He further submits that the defects pointed out by the Registry were rectified within given time but in absence of any receipt in this regard, same cannot be substantiated.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective non-applicants oppose.
3. Taking into consideration the submission advanced by learned Senior counsel, present MCC stands allowed and W.P(S) No. 1285 of 2013 is hereby restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- payable to High Court Legal Aid Committee, Bilaspur.
