This petition has been filed for modification/ deletion of paragraph No.4

in the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in CRMP No.643 of 2024.

Paragraph No.4 reads as under:-

4 . Considering the grounds taken by the trial Court in the PUD, this Court directs the Registrar General to ensure that normally no Court lies vacant for a long period and also that equal distribution of cases is made looking to their nature etc. amongst the Judicial Officers. It is further expected from the concerned District Judge to ensure that in order to achieve the object of expeditious disposal, the summons are returned in a proper manner after due service and the same shall be analyse in the Monitoring Cell Meetings.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the reasons assigned in the petition and further perused the information compiled in Format-A. The said format is as under:-

		Administration/Collector has been made in this regard.

In view of above, this court is of the opinion that no further direction is

needed and the order impugned is accordingly modified.

Consequently, paragraph No.4 be deleted from the order dated

19.03.2024 and the remaining part of the order shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this petition is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
