School P.V. 94 Achinpur. He further admitted that, who has got her date of birth recorded in the school register, he could not know. He further admitted that, at the time of her admission in the school, no any document was submitted with respect to her date of birth. He also admitted that the date of birth recorded in the school register is her actual date of birth or not, he could not tell. He further admitted that he has issued the certificate (Ex.P-12) on the basis of the date of birth recorded in the school register, but the same is correct or not, he could not tell. He further admitted that the police has not made any seizure of the certificate (Ex.P-12) and article A-2-C. Jayjeevan Pal (PW-8), who is the Incharge Principal of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhotebethiya has stated in his deposition that he is posted there since 1994. On being asked by the police, he has given school register to the police and after retaining attested true copy of the school register, the original one was returned back and attested true copy of the school register is article A-1-C. In cross-examination, he has admitted that in the document (Ex.P-11), he has not recorded the date of birth of prosecutrix. He has further admitted in his cross-examination that the register of article A-1 is not in his handwriting. He further admitted that he was not the teacher of Class 9th in the year 2017.
