1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant has died and, therefore, this appeal has become abated.
2. The factum of death of the appellant has also been verified by the learned State counsel by submitting report dated 02.12.2024, whereby it is mentioned that the appellant herein died on 24.03.2024 in Central Jail, Raipur.
3. In that view of the matter, this appeal stands disposed of as abated.
