This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 05.12.2008 passed by

the Special Judge (under the Electricity Act 2003), Raigarh, in Special

Case No. 141/2007, whereby, the appellant has been convicted and

sentenced as under:-

During the pendency of this appeal, the parties have arrived at a compromise before the National LokAdalat today i.e. 21.09.2024.

Considering the contents of the compromise arrived at between the pardes vide docket dated 21.09.2024 as also the receipt annexed therewith, we are of the view that the appellant deserves to be acquitted. Ordered accordingly.
