1. Earlier the Municipal Corporation has given a proposal for recording the name of petitioner’s father late Shri Murlidhar Rathore but she has not given her consent. After persuasion by this Court, the petitioner is ready for recording the name of her father for Road from “ Mowa to Vidhan Shabha Bhavan Raod” or Road from Kailashpuri Dhal Hanuman Mandir Se Sitala Mandir Se Hote hue Neelkantheshwar Mandir or oxygen zone park.

2. Mr. Vivek Sharma, Addl AG would submit that they will also look into the proposal made by the petitioner in the above mentioned three places. He would further submit that they will decide the same per law within four weeks. This will suffice compliance of the order, therefore, nothings remains to be adjudicated in this case. Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of.

3. It is also directed that in a peaceful atmosphere nomenclature of road should be performed by the Municipal Corporation in which family members of the petitioner be called and given them due weightage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same if the grievances of the petitioner still survive.
