The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act assailing non-compliance of the stay order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure - C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 5287/2023 by which this Court has directed the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that within 15 days grievances of the petitioner will be resolved.

Since the respondents are in process of comply with the order passed by this Court, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition if still some grievance survive.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
