Heard Mr. Anup Majumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Madhunisha Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the respondents/State.

2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

“ 10.1 To kindly direct the respondent No. 3 to conduct impartially investigate in Crime No. 147/11 and take further steps in accordance with law in the interest of justice.

10.2 To kindly direct the respondent No. 3 to submit the report as per Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without unnecessary delay in the interest of justice. ”

3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and Closure Report dated 01.03.2022 has been filed before the competent Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware of the said fact.

5 . Considering the fact that the Closure Report has been filed before the competent Court, we do not find any good ground to entertain this petition.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the Closure Report, if so advised.
